- Mobile banking refunds (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) will be sent to the same account used for payment.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or mobile banking after verification.

5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item, or defective product), BigOBD.com will cover the return shipping cost.
